Welcome to Viberoster (www.viberoster.com), a platform that connects influencers and models (“Talent”) with businesses and brands for promotional, commercial, and creative collaborations.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or using the platform. By signing up and using Viberoster, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

To register as an influencer or model on Viberoster, you must:

Be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your country).
Provide accurate and truthful information.
Be legally able to enter into binding agreements.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to be listed on the directory.
You agree to keep your account credentials confidential.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Profile and Content Submission

You may create a public profile containing personal, professional, and social media information.
By uploading content (photos, videos, bio, etc.), you grant Viberoster a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and promote your profile on the platform.
You must not post false, misleading, offensive, or infringing content.
You warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share any content you upload.

4. Use of the Platform

Viberoster is a directory and matchmaking platform only. It does not act as an agent, employer, or representative of the talent or businesses.
All negotiations, agreements, and collaborations between talent and businesses take place independently and at their own risk.
You are solely responsible for the terms, delivery, and execution of any agreements or engagements resulting from your listing on the platform.

5. Fees and Payments

Creating a basic profile on Viberoster is currently free.
Optional premium features or services may be subject to additional fees, which will be clearly communicated.
Viberoster does not facilitate payments between influencers/models and businesses unless otherwise stated.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

Misrepresent yourself, your experience, or your social media following.
Harass, threaten, or defame other users.
Upload or share explicit, illegal, or harmful content.
Engage in spamming, fraud, or other disruptive activity.

Violation of any of these rules may result in account suspension or termination without notice.

7. Privacy

Viberoster collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Your information will be used to manage your account, display your profile, and connect you with potential opportunities.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content (excluding user-submitted content), including logos, design, and software, is the property of Viberoster and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the site without our written permission.

9. Termination

You may deactivate your profile at any time via your account settings or by contacting support.
Viberoster reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its discretion for any breach of these terms.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Viberoster does not guarantee any work, income, or opportunities by joining the directory.
You agree not to hold Viberoster liable for any disputes, losses, death or damages arising from the use of the Viberoster platform.
The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa.
